New Members
Please fill out and sign both the Membership Application and the club's Code of Conduct.
Existing Members
Please fill out and sign the Membership Form only, and submit it with your payment by 31st January (each year). If you are not a Financial member by 31st January you will not be able to vote at our AGM.
All Members should be familiar with the GDSQI Constitution.
